SHIPPING POLICY

Saltstone Threads typically ships orders within 2-3 business days. 

 

We are pleased to offer flat rate shipping for customer convenience. 

 

To offer the pricing we do, our shipping methods may vary from order to order so delivery times may also vary. Use the tracking number provided with every Saltstone Threads  order to track your package directly with the carrier used.

NOTICE: Promotional shipping rates apply to the contiguous United States (and Alaska) only. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer the same promotions to any US state or territory not accessible by ground shipping at this time. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges

  • We do not exchange items.

  • Please follow the return instructions below, and place a new order for the item(s) you would like.

Return Restrictions

  • Most purchases may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).

  •   Items must be returned in their original conditions and packaging, all tags still attached. White shirts,  Underwear, Socks, Tights and Pantyhose may NOT be returned if they were taken out of the package.  

  • For orders that were shipped, the 30 days begin upon delivery of your package to the shipping address you submitted, as per your tracking number. Your order needs to arrive back within 30  days. 

  • Sale items  are NOT returnable.

  • When returning an order that had been placed with free shipping, and you keep less than $50 worth, we refund you less our original shipping cost.

  • Items that are returned and violate the above conditions will either be accepted with a 50% restocking fee, or be donated to charity at our discretion.

Return Process

  • You do not need authorization to send back a return.

  • If your order contains items that are allowed to be returned, a return slip will be included in your package.

  • Place all items you are returning in a box or shipping bag. 

  • Include  in the return the shipping list that was sent to you. Please make sure that the order number is included. 

  • There are no free returns. Please see post office, mailman or mailbox to drop off package and pay associated costs.
